May I stay with my pet  during the styling process?

Due to insurance liability   you may not stay with your pet. You may, however, have a look inside before we begin.


Do you service large dogs?

I do as long as they fit in my tub and I can lift them.

Do you provide services for sedated animals?

No, I do not provide any such service for a sedated animal. This needs to be done under veterinary supervision only.

 

POLICIES:

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, PayPal and Checks (for established clients only) are accepted. There will be a $30 returned check fee.

Cancellation

A 24 hour notice for a cancelled appointment is required. Please call to cancel your appointment. You may leave a voicemail but please no emails as I may not receive the email prior to your appointment.


Animal Behavior

▪If at any time an animal becomes stressed, panicky, or overwhelmed during the styling, services will be stopped and prices will be adjusted accordingly.

 ▪If an animal becomes unruly or aggressive in any way during the styling, services will be stopped and the price will be adjusted accordingly.

 ▪I reserve the right at anytime to refuse services to any animal that does not fit in the bath tub.
